Episode 27: Meet the Human Resources Team: Cyndi Keilin & Lisa Horgan
This episode of Coffee with Kaufman introduces you to our Human Resources department. Cyndi Keilin is our VP of Human Resources and has been with Kaufman for 26 years!
Lisa Horgan is our HR Manager and has been with Kaufman Container for 17 great years. Previous to her current role, Lisa spent most of her career at Kaufman in Customer Service. She was able to learn many aspects of our business both internally and externally.
Both Cyndi and Lisa are always looking to make improvements for Kaufman Container. Their entire focus is on Communication and Culture. Cyndi mentions that HR "always has one leg in the business world and one leg in the employee world" and they have to balance the two.
Lisa goes on to talk about Kaufman Container's "one more thing" philosophy. They expect all current and future employees to embody this philosophy and always look to do "one more thing" for their colleagues, customers and company.
