As we wrap up another busy and exciting quarter at Kaufman Container, we’re proud to share all the highlights, milestones, and moments that made Q2 of 2025 a memorable one. From national events to internal celebrations, here’s a look back at everything we accomplished this spring.
In May, Kaufman Container had the pleasure of attending and sponsoring the CADRE Clean Beauty event held in New York City on May 7th and 8th at Cafe Studio NYC. This intimate event brought together top beauty industry experts and emerging brand founders for inspiring conversations on creativity, sustainability, and innovation within the clean beauty space.
Our outside sales team was honored to participate in such a collaborative gathering and continue positioning Kaufman Container as a trusted packaging partner in the personal care and beauty markets.
In June, we headed to Dallas, TX, for the ECRM Contract Manufacturing, Packaging, and Logistics for Personal Care & Beauty Products Session. This three-day in-person event provided brands and retailers the opportunity to pitch their products, network with industry leaders, and explore new packaging solutions.
We were thrilled to connect with both new and existing partners and share how Kaufman Container helps bring beauty packaging visions to life.
We proudly tuned in to the 2024 NACD Bernie’s Award Ceremony in May to honor innovation, design, and excellence in the packaging industry. Fun Fact: The Bernie’s are named after our very own Bernard Seid, former CEO of Kaufman Container and a trailblazer in the packaging world.
While we didn’t bring home an award this year, we loved cheering on the winners and celebrating the incredible work being done across the industry. We remain proud to carry on Bernard Seid’s legacy and continue striving for excellence in everything we do. We can't wait to see everyone at the fall expo!
Once a year, Kaufman Container recognizes a supplier partner who has demonstrated our "One More Thing" philosophy and attitude towards supporting our relationship and a true partnership.
We are honored to present our 2024 "One More Thing" award to Arkansas Glass! To be considered and determined the winner by every department on our team, a supplier must provide exceptional service and demonstrate consistent quality, respond quickly, offer competitively in the market, and have clear communication.
Gienah and everyone at Arkansas Glass have always been wonderful to work with, and we appreciate all your effort for us at Kaufman.
We’re also proud to recognize McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA as the recipient of our 2024 Partnership of Excellence Award!
For decades, MLCL has been more than a legal advisor — they’ve been a true partner, offering unwavering guidance, top-tier support, and a deep understanding of our business. From navigating challenges to championing our growth, their team — including Ken, Adam, Danielle, Kimon, Jen, David, and Joyce — has consistently shown what a trusted partnership really means.
As President Sara Blankenship shared during the presentation, this award is a small token of our appreciation for the vital role MLCL plays in Kaufman’s continued success.
Here’s to many more years of collaboration, shared wins, and mutual growth!
Every month, Kaufman employees are nominated by their peers for demonstrating our company’s core values. Here are the first 4 2025 winners:

Each month, we shine a light on a few of our incredible team members. In Q2, we featured:
March: Jeanette Lanese – Senior Sales Coordinator, 15 years of service
April: Sean Wyant – Screen Room Technician, 8 months of service
May: Shannon Imbrigiotta – Sales Coordinator, 7 years of service
We’re so grateful for their dedication, talent, and impact across our organization.
We were excited to welcome two new teammates this quarter:
Angel Diaz, joining us as a Production Operator
Tracey Kuchar, our new Outside Sales Representative
We’re thrilled to have both of them on board and can’t wait to see the great work they’ll do.
In Q2, we released two new episodes of our Coffee with Kaufman video series, giving an inside look at how we make our screens for in-house screen printing. Viewers also got to meet Sean Wyant, our screen room technician, who brings over 15 years of print shop experience to the team. It’s a great way to spotlight the hands-on process and people behind our decorating capabilities.
That wraps up an exciting and productive second quarter. Stay tuned for more updates, highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments in Q3 of 2025!
