Technology created by Phoenix Closures, The design of these caps allow for more plastic caps to be packed and stacked per case. Compared to competitor's continuous threaded caps, Phoenix's EcoStack caps allow for up to 87% more caps per case! This maximizes the amount of caps you can fit onto a full truckload, providing more efficient shipping, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and reducing shipping costs. The line of EcoStack caps is also produced using less plastic resin than a standard CT cap.
Phoenix Closures and Kaufman Container always stride to provide packaging with consistent quality and EcoStack caps are no exception. These caps are stacked to reduce warpage and less warpage helps increase line speeds which results in better production. All of these caps are also produced in SQF certified facilities located throughout the United States.
